Your access to our resources on midlife coaching, peer support groups, and age-positive workshops is contingent upon your acceptance and compliance with these conditions.

User Obligations and Conduct

When using our platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and passwords you may create. We expect all users to treat fellow community members with respect, particularly in peer support group discussions and workshop environments. You agree not to engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior toward other users. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, nor will you use our resources for commercial purposes without explicit permission. Your participation in our midlife coaching resources and age-positive workshops should align with the constructive, supportive nature of our community. Any violation of these obligations may result in suspension or termination of your access.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on our platform, including coaching materials, workshop resources, peer support guides, and written content about rediscovering passions after 50, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any content without our prior written consent. Our branding, logos, and design elements remain our exclusive property. User-generated content shared within peer support groups remains the property of the contributor, but you grant us a license to use such content for improving our services. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our intellectual property will result in legal action. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same from our users.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive to offer accurate information about midlife changes, coping strategies, and age-positive mindsets, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all content. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform, including damages related to coaching outcomes, peer support interactions, or workshop participation. We do not replace professional medical or psychological services; users should consult qualified healthcare providers for personalized medical advice. Your reliance on information about resilience coaching, transitions after 50, or mental health support is at your own risk. We limit our liability to the fullest extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to access our services, if applicable.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our platform at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Termination may occur if you violate these terms, engage in harmful conduct within peer support groups, or use our resources inappropriately. Upon termination, your right to access our coaching materials, workshops, and community resources ceases immediately. We may retain certain information about your use of our platform as permitted by law. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to the termination date. If we terminate your access due to a violation, you may not attempt to create new accounts to circumvent the restriction. We will not be liable for any loss of access to workshops in Narva, Tallinn, or other locations due to termination of your account or service.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Estonian law. You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to your use of our platform shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels. We encourage users to attempt informal resolution of disputes by contacting us before pursuing formal legal action. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our services. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
