Senior Resilience Coach & Content Strategist
Helping adults navigate midlife transitions with confidence and discover what's possible in their 50s and beyond
Kaarina's journey into resilience coaching started with her own story. At 42, she made a significant career transition that sparked a deep curiosity: How do adults actually thrive through major life changes? That question led her to pursue a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Tartu in 2013. She didn't stop there — after three years working in corporate wellness, she launched her independent coaching practice focused specifically on the 50+ demographic.
In 2018, recognizing a real gap in accessible peer support resources for Estonian midlife adults, she established the first age-positive workshop series in Narva. What started as a pilot program expanded rapidly. Today, she coordinates monthly peer support gatherings in Tallinn that regularly bring together over 150 participants. She's directly worked with more than 2,000 people navigating transitions, rediscovering passions, and building resilience.
Kaarina's approach combines psychological research with authentic storytelling. She doesn't believe midlife transitions are crises to survive — they're invitations to discover untapped potential. Her work has been featured in Estonian health publications, and she presents regularly at Nordic wellness conferences. What drives her is straightforward: the conviction that age-positive thinking and community support can fundamentally reshape how people experience their middle years and beyond.
